Our company is looking for an experienced electrical manager with experience in estimating training, managing, and hands-on electrical work. Must be at least a journeyman electrician.

Manage Electrical Projects from estimation to project completion.

Electrical background including the skills and knowledge with regards to commercial, and residential electrical industry.

Located in Irving, TX

Job Summary

This individual would be in charge of bidding, and estimating while being mindful of budget, timeline, and manpower.

Responsibilities may include:

Communicate with customers and suppliers
Attend site visits to review site conditions.
Upon award of contracts, reviewing pricing, schedule, reviewing the project details, and estimating.
Pricing change orders as the project progress.
Billing and invoice preparation and payment assistance when required.
Ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Manage material and manpower for your projects.
Attend project meetings and site reviews.
Coordination with local utility providers.
Sales, customer contact, and follow-up after completion of work.
Employee and customer retention and relationship building.
Other duties as warranted.
Attend safety, training, sales, strategy, and other meetings as required.

Recommended Qualifications:

Electrical experience in commercial and residential
Relevant electrical estimating and management experience.
Primary focus on residential and commercial electrical work.
Electrical Journeyman License
Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code.
Good communication and organization skills will be essential.
The ability to read and understand electrical drawings, single-line drawings, building blueprints, and specifications.
Willingness to learn.
Be able to work in a team environment.
Be able to manage time well.
