Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of HVAC service technicians
- Coordinate and schedule service calls to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing various systems and equipment
- Experience in HVAC repair, air conditioning, or related field service roles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
