General Responsibilities:
Performs a wide range of administrative and office support including answering phones, texts, emails, online scheduling services, and maintenance appointments, completing outgoing customer service and happy calls, accepting and responding to email requests, and other tasks relating to organization and communication.
Dedicated to providing award-winning service to both customers and co-workers.
Provides administrative support to all Managers and executives.
Principle Duties
Data entry with regard to scheduling service and maintenance calls from residential and commercial customers.
General customer service assistance and interface with dispatchers.
Conducting customer satisfaction survey phone calls
Answers multi-line telephone systems in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner. Takes accurate messages, and screens and direct telephone calls to the appropriate person.
Greets incoming customers and visitors and directs them to the appropriate party or communicates delay in a professional manner.
Responds to email requests daily.
Confirms install appointments the business day prior.
Distributes emails and faxes.
Maintains files in an organized and accessible manner to include updating information, purging files on a regular basis and creating new filing systems as needed.
Operates standard office equipment efficiently to include computer, printer, copier, scanner, calculator, etc.
Maintains accurate customer information in the database according to company procedures.
Provides administrative support for special projects to include utilizing MS Excel and Word.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
