Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber or apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install various plumbing fixtures and systems. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand plumbing layouts and specifications.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for installation and repair tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for moving materials and equipment.
- Conduct field service calls to diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and HVAC technicians, on construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations during all work performed.
- Participate in remodeling projects by installing new plumbing fixtures or systems as needed.
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proficient in the use of power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues.
- Experience in remodeling projects related to plumbing installations.
- Competence in reading blueprints for accurate installation of plumbing systems.
- Field service experience is preferred for addressing customer needs on-site.
- Familiarity with construction plumbing practices is advantageous.
- Basic welding skills may be beneficial for certain installations or repairs.

Pay: $33.40 - $36.15 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
