Summary
As a Deployment Engineer for FacilityConneX, you will be responsible for customer deployment for cloud-based software solutions for visualization, detection, and analytics. We are looking for a candidate that is energetic and ready to jump into a fast-paced customer environment of leading-edge data connection and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Work with Customer teams in Facilities and IT to configure secure connections and data sources
- Configuration of control protocols and drivers; specifically, BACnet, Modbus, OPC, and MQTT Technologies.
- Work with various BMS / BAS Configuration and Point Exports to accurately map to a Digital Model
- Build Role-based Visualization and Alerting for Customers
- Deploy Smart Building and Hospital Fault Detection and Diagnostics Analytics based on Customer’s equipment and process design
- Maintain Project Schedules and Lead Deployment Meetings with Customers
- Engage with the Sales and Commercial teams to Provide Deployment Updates and Potential Upsell Opportunities
- Work with Engineering to Validate Analytics Logic, make Recommendations for Changes in the Analytics, and Identify New Analytic Opportunities.
- Work directly with Customers and Support team to diagnose and correct customer application, deployment, IT, and connection issues
- Provide Customer Training on System

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
