This position is responsible for completing all account receivable activities for customer accounts within their assigned portfolio. The AR Analyst will be accountable for reducing customer delinquency through phone calls and/or email correspondence in a fast paced, goal-oriented department. Effective communication with customers, Sales Organization and Management are critical for the success within this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Responsible for maintaining all collections with a high volume of phone calls and email communication to assigned customers
- Provide customer service when addressing collections issues, client discrepancies and short payments
- Document daily collections activity
- Reduce customer Day Sales Outstanding and accounts receivable delinquency
- Enlist the efforts of the Sales Organization and the AR Manager/Credit Manager when necessary to accelerate the collections process
- Communicate and follow up effectively with the Sales Organization and the AR Manager/Credit Manager regarding customer account status on a timely basis
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, legal regulations, and recommended best practices
- Collaborate with all Associates to uphold the company’s mission and values
- Perform other duties as assigned
WORK HOURS: Monday thru Friday overtime/weekends as required

Qualifications
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; two-year Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of high-volume related experience required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel software
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Ability to prove US employment eligibility
