As a Coax Splicer Foreman, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects.
In addition, you will:
- Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction
- Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture
- Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects
- Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers
- Gives direction to multiple crews and their job site activities
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures in this safety-sensitive role
About You:

- Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc.
- You enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
- You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team
- You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software
Pay Range: $22.21- 35.04 /hr DOE

0-1 year - 56 hours prorated in year hired
Jan. 1 after year hired - 56 hours
Jan. 1 after 1st anniversary - 96 hours
Jan. 1 after 3rd anniversary - 96 hours (40 hours prorated based on hire date)
Jan. 1 after 5th anniversary - 136 hours (40 hours prorated based on hire date)
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ year of telecommunication construction experience preferred
- 3+ year of experience in splicing, balancing and documenting CATV systems
- Ability to climb poles, ladders, and use bucket trucks as needed
- Ability to travel and work on call including evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work and climb up to 35 feet
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
- Valid driver’s license required
