Requirements:- High school Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in inventory management, including shipping and receiving.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar digital workflow applications.
- Able to work 7 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday.
- Experience as a Warehouse Clerk or prior experience working for a shipping company is highly desirable.
- Certified to operate forklifts or willing to get certification.
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch while performing duties.
- Able to lift or move at least 50 pounds.
- Prepare materials for projects.
- Ability to professionally answer phone calls.
- Highly proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Self-sufficiency, able to efficiently complete tasks unsupervised.
- Take initiative and responsibility.
Responsibilities:- Process and ship orders.
- Receive freight and parcels.
- Record all received items in the computer system.
- Kitting and preparing equipment for projects; loading vans.
- Maintain the company’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance.
- Completing your daily responsibilities and job duties with little to no supervision.
- Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
- Adhere to all required project safety requirements.
