About this Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and knowledgeable Drafting Quality Specialist to join our drafting team. This position focuses on reviewing and validating invoice maps to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client standards. In addition to quality control, this role acts as a liaison between drafting and construction teams, helping to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless communication.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough quality control reviews of invoice maps for telecommunications projects.• Ensure all invoice maps are accurate, complete, and properly formatted to align internal standards and client requirements.• Identify and correct inconsistencies, omissions, or formatting issues in invoicing deliverables before submittal.• Answer technical questions from drafters regarding mapping procedures and standards.• Provide constructive feedback and support to drafters to help improve accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.• Act as a liaison between drafting and construction teams, facilitating communication and addressing documentation discrepancies.• Assist in maintaining and updating drafting standards, templates, and quality control checklists to promote consistency and efficiency.• Track recurring issues or trends in drafting errors and contribute to team training and process improvement initiatives.

• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
